We hired the Prodromos leadership group to assist us during a very tough time. Being an essential business in the spring of 2020, and located just outside NYC, we were operating a manufacturing plant inside the epicenter of a world-wide pandemic. This was also coming on the heels of a catastrophic fire just 12 months’ prior, an event that claimed over half the infrastructure at the facility, thereby changing the landscape in Northern New Jersey forever. Jim Stagnitta and JC Glick provided us a sounding board, as we bounced ideas off them on how to lead through uncertainty. It was as if our situation was a perfect case study for the concepts presented by JC in his writings. The most memorable influence on our thinking was a simple question posed by Jim and JC: Is trust earned or is trust given? This simple question can be debated by very successful people for hours. For us, it unlocked the key to a media event that proved pivotal to rejuvenating our business after the tragic fire. The purpose of leadership is to get people to take an action. When confronted with uncertainty and the ever changing landscape of constraints, the best organizations will find ways to get the full commitment from every available team member. The Prodromos leadership group and their methodology for developing organizations and people will prove to be an unwavering partner in your efforts to do so.
