How We Operate
A Holistic Approach To Leadership
OUR MISSION
Prodromos advises leaders who see the importance of culture and leadership development to assist them in ensuring their organization reaches its full potential.
OUR METHODOLOGY
We use a simple and proven methodology, adapted from U.S. Military Special Operations, of observe and collect – assess and develop – disseminate and integrate, that allows us to work with our partners to solve to the right problems, for the right reason, at the right time.
OUR APPROACH
Our approach is based on experience in our respective arenas. Once we have completed the collection and observation phase, we create a program and approach that is unique to each partner engagement. Programming focused on addressing the challenges specific to that team or organization.
Why Culture is Important
Culture can be the difference between an organization that thrives and an organization that is dysfunctional.
What makes a good leader
Good leaders aren’t easy to find. We have the tools & processes to help you find or develop a leader for your organization.

What makes us different and unique in our approach to leadership and culture?Simple answer is our experience. We have experienced the challenges teams and leaders face which gives @jc_glick31 and I a unique understanding and level of empathy. #culture #collegecoach #leadingthroughcrisis #makinganimpact #overcomingfear #lacrosse #PLL #Evolve #corporateleadership #ArmyRanger #culture #premierelacrosseleague #lax #clinics #coach #lacrossecoach #sports #health #athlete #athletics #training #leadership #inspire #inspirations #lessons #teacher #learning #leading #development #professionalsports
If we are not curious, we cannot truly understand. If we don’t ask questions we only have one perspective. That perspective is our own story which we make up . This is an important trait @jc_glick31 and I help leaders and team members embrace and execute . #culture #collegecoach #leadingthroughcrisis #makinganimpact #overcomingfear #lacrosse #PLL #Evolve #corporateleadership #ArmyRanger #culture #premierelacrosseleague #lax #clinics #coach #lacrossecoach #sports #health #athlete #athletics #training #leadership #inspire #inspiration #lessons #teacher #learning #leading #development #professionalsports
@jc_glick31 discusses aspects of our approach and process when working with corporations, teams and leaders. It starts with observe and collect. We never assume we fully understand the partners challenges going in. Our personal experience dictates that every group has unique challenges. We don’t have a templated approach. We use exercises/discussions that allow us to observe, collect and at the same time develop. @prodromosleadership . #culture #collegecoach #leadingthroughcrisis #makinganimpact #overcomingfear #lacrosse #PLL #Evolve #corporateleadership #ArmyRanger #culture #premierelacrosseleague #lax #clinics #coach #lacrossecoach #sports #health #athlete #athletics #training #leadership #inspire #inspiration #lessons #teacher #learning #leading #development #professionalsports
When working with leaders and teams our discussion often turns to “Leading by Example” We (@jc_glick31 @jstag525) believe you can set an example but leading by example takes a declaration. How do your people know your leading if you don’t bring them along with you. Leadership requires action! #culture #collegecoach #leadingthroughcrisis #makinganimpact #overcomingfear #lacrosse #PLL #Evolve #corporateleadership #ArmyRanger #culture #premierelacrosseleague #lax #clinics #coach #lacrossecoach #sports #health #athlete #athletics #training #leadership #inspire #inspiration #lessons #teacher #learning #leading #development #professionalsports
We @jstag525 and I (@jc_glick31 )get to talk to professional and collegiate coaches frequently, and our conversations usually focus around coaching vs. leading. To put our thoughts on this simply - coaches have answers they give to their people, leaders help their people find their own answers (this is highly abbreviated, and it is not that simplistic - if you want to discuss the idea in depth with its nuances, hit us up and we will share).
Yesterday I was talking to a new coach, and while they understood the concept and could differentiate the ideas, they wanted thoughts on when was appropriate to use each. While the real answer is bespoke to each coach in each situation, the sketch below helps illustrate the overall target for best practice. The simple idea - practice is for coaching, games are for leading, and you should be leading more and coaching less as the season progresses.
What is really important is that you see the difference between coaching and leading and have the self-awareness and situational understanding to know which you are doing, which is needed, and the mental agility to adapt as required.
So to paraphrase the late Kenny Rogers: You got to know when to coach, know when to lead.
